Grape varieties: Muscat petit grain and Macabeu
Vinification: Vinification is done in stainless steel vats. After a light pressing, a settling of approximately 48 hours is carried out cold. The start of fermentation is done with indigenous yeasts.
Ageing: In stainless steel vats until spring and the bottling is carried out in fruit days in order to preserve all its aromatic potential.
Terroirs: clay-limestone soils
