Application of the general conditions of sale
In the absence of any specific stipulation in these conditions and agreed in writing between the parties, orders are automatically subject to the general conditions of sale, set out below in electronic format, regardless of the clauses that may appear on the documents of the buyer. Placing an order by this means implies full and unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these general conditions of sale, to the exclusion of all other documents. Jurisdiction In the event of disputes which could result from the application of the general conditions of sale, the buyer and Maison Parel undertake to find an amicable solution. If, however, no consensus could be found, the following provisions would apply:
- for a buyer who has placed an order from France: all disputes arising during the execution, termination, interpretation of the contract would be subject to French law. The competent court would then be either the place of domicile of the defendant or the place of actual delivery of the customer's order.
- for a buyer who has placed an order from abroad: all disputes arising during the execution, termination, interpretation of the contract would be submitted to the competent courts under the directives and regulations of the European Union.
Ordered
We pay great attention to the information accompanying each product, however Maison Parel cannot be held liable in the event of an accidental error in the information published on this site. All orders are firm and final. However, a corrective message can be sent to Maison Parel within 2 hours of placing the order. After this period, no modification can be made, it is being shipped. Products The photos presented on this site are the exclusive property of La Maison Parel. They cannot be used or reproduced without prior request. The products are deliverable within the limit of available stocks and dispatched according to the order of arrival of the orders. In the event of a breach, Maison Parel will offer an equivalent product (in price and / or in value), the purchaser is free to refuse this offer, in which case the sale of this product will be canceled and the purchaser will benefit from the reimbursement clauses stipulated in the article "Right of withdrawal". In the case of corked wine, it will not be possible to replace the bottle without first having received the cork of the offending bottle. The price The prices of the products displayed are expressed in euros including all taxes, excluding shipping costs (subject to typographical and display errors). The products are sold at the rates in effect on the site on the date of the order, the invoice downloadable from our site will therefore be established at the price in effect when the order is recorded. In accordance with article R.132-1 of the Consumer Code, Maison Parel has the right to unilaterally modify the clauses of the contract relating to its duration, the characteristics or the price of the goods to be delivered. Payment must be made in full upon entering your order on our site.
Payment terms
Payment for an order can be made by check payable to La Maison Parel, by bank transfer or by bank card in Euros (EUR €) via the secure SSL Secure Shopping system, which acts as the gateway between the bank of client and our bank (CIC). The customer account is debited in the currency of the country according to the exchange rate applied by his bank. The shipment of the order will begin upon receipt of payment. Retention of title Maison Parel remains the owner of all the goods sold until full and effective payment of the latter, in accordance with the terms of Law No. 80 336 of May 1, 1980, relating to the reservation of title.
Delivery
We do our best to shorten our delivery times as much as possible. Delivery times vary depending on the type of port and place of delivery. The products purchased will be delivered within an average period of two (2) to six (6) working days from the date of final validation of the order (receipt of total payment for the order or bank authorization for online payment). On the same order, the products ordered will be delivered in one go. Consequently, if the order includes specific products with a particular delivery time, stipulated on the product sheet, the longest time will apply as a reference for the delivery date of the order. Maison Parel undertakes to deliver within a maximum period of thirty (30) days. If delivery cannot be ensured within this period, the buyer will be kept informed as soon as possible and will have the option of canceling his order. He will benefit from the reimbursement clauses stipulated in the article "Right of withdrawal". We can not be held responsible for a shipping address incorrectly transmitted by the buyer. The return costs will then be the responsibility of the latter. PO boxes will not be taken into account for deliveries. All delivery costs relating to changes to the delivery address after the shipment of an order cannot be covered by Maison Parel, they will be directly invoiced and covered by the customer at the initiative of the modification. The only cases where Maison Parel undertakes to cover the return costs are:
- for a delivery not in accordance with the order
- for a return of an order following deterioration of the goods during transport but in the one and only case where the rules of use stipulated in the article "Transport and rules of use" have been respected.
Transport and usual reserves The goods ordered travel at the risk and peril of Maison Parel. The transfer of risk of loss or deterioration of the products will be effective once the customer or his representative has signed the delivery note. It is therefore important to check the contents and condition of the package at the time of delivery and to formulate reservations, if necessary, as stipulated below. After signing the delivery note, Maison Parel cannot be held liable if the rules of use have not been observed, namely: "The carrier's liability is only engaged if precise and complete reservations were formulated in writing, on the copy of the consignment note presented by the delivery person, to receive discharge from the recipient and confirmed to the carrier named on the consignment note, within three days of receipt, by registered letter ”.
Faculty of retraction
In application of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 (fourteen) clear days from the delivery of his order to return the goods at his expense and provided that the article has not been used, that it is in its original packaging and accompanied by the delivery slip. In exchange for this, the buyer will benefit from a refund of the total amount paid (i.e. the refund of the purchase price of the goods and the initial shipping costs) within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days or 'a have. Protection of minors In accordance with the provisions of article L3342-1 of the Public Health Code amended by law n ° 2009-879 of July 21, 2009, the sale of alcohol to minors under the age of eighteen (18) years is prohibited. Consequently, by placing an order on our site and checking the appropriate box, you agree to be at least of legal age on the date of the order.
