Domaine de la Denante is a small estate of 12 hectares, located in the town of Davayé, near Macôn. Coming from a large white terroir, the few Gamay and Pinot Noirs that are found locally give surprising, lively, light and fruity wines, perfect for lovers of the Burgundy vineyard. Grilled color robe, expressive nose of red fruits, light wine with ripe aromas.

Vinification: Manual harvest, 100% destemming, selection of the most beautiful berries, traditional fermentation in stainless steel vats
Ageing : The wine is aged in stainless steel vats for 6 to 8 months
